This thesis is concerned with real estate ownership including all its aspects, whether it is owned by inheritance or through buying & selling, for non-Saudi citizens whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, the study of this subject is done from a comparative aspect of both Islamic Sharia and the Saudi systems highlighting the differences between the, and the Saudi system position from that; since the Islamic Sharia is considered the main foundation on which the Saudi system is based on.
The researcher was keen on mentioning the quotes of the jurists & scholars, especially what they have agreed on, and presenting their proofs at where they differed at while showing the preference between their opinions, providing authentication for that from the books of the scholars & jurists, certifying the included Hadith & related history through solid scientific methods, explaining what is linguistically ambiguous, including the conclusion, results, recommendations & scientific indexes.
Also this thesis is presented in a new modern language, tied to the stances of the jurists & scholars of Sharia.
Asking Allah while presenting this new scientific thesis for success and the right path, and to include this effort in my good deeds on judgment day, for that he is the hearer of my prayers and most capable of answering. |
