The idea of this research is studying Al Khalwati criticism on previous Hanbalies, in chapters of purity and prayer, by collecting and examining them. It begins with an an introduction for each issue, the opinion which Al Khalwati criticized, the criticism of Al Khalwati, the evidence of first opinion, the evidence of the other opinion, choosing one of the opinions and the benefit of controversy.
The importance of the research:
First: It serves one of the regarded jurisprudential schools, school of Ahmad Ibn Hanbal.
Second: Accuracy of Al Khalwati's criticism, which will help who read and study it and grow his jurisprudential faculty.
The research contains preface, an introduction, two chapters and closure.
The introduction contains: importance of subject, its goals, the reasons of choose, the method, the bounds and the structure of the research.
The preface contains: acquainting with Al Khalwati, and acquainting with two books ( Almontaha , Aliqna'a ) .
The first chapter contains Al Khalwati's criticism on purity section.
The second chapter contains Al Khalwati's criticism on prayer section.
Finally, the closure contains the most important results of the research. |
