Supervisor: Prof. Abdullah ben ahtauz ben Baih. The problem of this study is that the differences in the systems related to the combat of economics crimes is considered as one of the important and renewable issues, whereas when searching in references, scientific magazines, and scientific researches (Master, or PhD), I didn't find any one who conduct a research in the differences in economics crimes in particularly the commercial systems that essentially related to the economic crimes, and the systems associated with financial control. Therefore, based on the research objective, and due to multiplicity of systems, and its materials and its close association with its legal and jurisprudential roots, like other regulations, as stipulated in Article 7 of the basic law of governance of the rule of Islamic Shari'a to the system of government and all state system), it was necessary to clarify the differences between these systems and similarities. The significant of this study is explored in providing help for each leamer, or systems practionerto understand correctly, even to precise the terms and procedures. and not to fall into confusion of issues, and deconstruction of ambiguities, and errors in understanding and applications, the fact that things are clearly evident in the statement of antibodies, no matter how different places and names that contribute to different meanings, and clarify the aspect of these differences between the phrases and names, and inevitably its impact in different meanings, which the researcher is trying to address in the systematic side. in this study the researcher adopted the analytical, comparative approach. This study included an introduction and an introductory chapter, and two chapters in each one two sub-chapters. The most important concluded by the study: first: the differences and variations are the nature of the universe, and characteristics of life in general, and in the systems various differences appeared between concepts and terminology as well as in the conditions and elements and effects, which observed in the systems related to economics crimes. Secondly: it is very difficult to identify the differences and variations between components and effects of concepts and economic crimes, therefore, we investigated the most important of these differences. Thirdly it is observed that the differences in the systems associated with the economic crimes have appeared into sections of the systems, the first one in the pure commercial systems (Basic and complementary), while the second section is the penal trading systems (control, and punishment). It seems that clifferences are greater in section two of these systems. Based on the findings, the study recommended by the following: first, the Shura council to prepare a caraft law (system) concerning the economic crimes in the Kingdom in line

with intemational trends. Second: establishment of special couts for economic crimes, and qualify specialized judges in this field. Thirdly: directing the researchers, and leamers to conduct more studies in the science of differences, in particularly between systems and Islamic Shana'. |
