Dealing with sinful is a well related subject in muslims life for their weakness and falling in guilt. And with the ignorance and absence of the right method in handling with sinful there were extreme attitudes: Indulgence, and strict. There it is a duty to state the right method that prophet Muhammed (pbuh) used in this topic. This is the main reason for this research with a title: (The Prophet Mohammad Peace be up on him Method in handling the sinful). And I stated the prophet’s (pbuh) methods willing to serve the Sunnah, and participating in repairing through his method. What specialize this study is that it is a specialized study in Hadith. The research took an inductive approach; gathering the texts related to the subject, and an analytic approach through clarifying and stating. The research consists of three chapters; the first chapter contains a definition of the sin (which is the major term in the research), sinner, and other related terms. And it states types of sinfuls and their judgments, represents main causes that lead people to commit sins; wich consists two sections: the first one is related to the sinful himself, and the second one is related to his environment. The second chapter represents the prophet's (pbuh) method in handling the sinful by stating the most important ways; as they are varied. For the third chapter: It refers to the most important basis in handling all the sinful or most of them, and it consists two sectiona: the first one handles the sinful’s condition, and the second one handles the sinful’s rights. This study concludes several results: The prophet handles the sinful in several methods between softness and intensity, which makes it valid for every time and place, so the guidance must choose the most appropriate and gradates by using them so it would affect. Guiding sinfuls and using previous methods must be done in a clear base includes all sinfuls or most of them, so it would affect them. The research is included with several indexes, and the recommendation to complete the study in other sunnah books and spread through people. |
