Abstract |

This study seeks to contribute to narrow the gap between the real child's life and those who are responsible for achieving the child's rights, which are suppose to be applied as the Islamic law Sharia says and worldwide organizations. The study aims to determine the nature of Consciousness of parents for the child's rights of affiliation, Education, Entertainment, recreation, health care, and making friendship and social relationships, feeling free express, and safety, Highlight the differences with statistical significance between the average degrees of members of the study according to the variables of the general study (sex, age, marital status, income, and academic level and type of housing, and read the newspapers, and knowledge of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Rights of the Child), With respect to the themes of the study. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approaches based on social survey. The population of the study have been randomly cluster selected from the teachers of the Ministry of Education, Jeddah, the aggregate total number of study sample is (388), (184) teacher and (204) parameter. The most important results explained the study results that the study populations are on a high Consciousness level for the child's rights and social rights. And There is no significant differences between the point of views of the sample due to the difference in sex, age, marital status, education level, income level and to a different type of housing for the most of the themes of the study,( from the child's rights of affiliation, Education, Entertainment, recreation, health care, and making friendship and social relationships, feeling free express and,safety).The most important Recommendations: To urge the organizations of civil society to interest more on the social rights of the child and follow-up implementation. |
