Abstract : The study analysis and evaluation of reference service digital in 116 national library in the world, using descriptive analytical approach in the accounting of national libraries and analysis of their positions and analysis of answers to reference questions that have been sent to the service and determine the behavior of students at the University of King Abdul Aziz, when they used her and procedures for marketing and evaluating service in the national libraries, The study found that 95% of the professional references which may have obtained qualifications in the specialty of libraries and information, and show keen 62.96% of the national libraries to provide service as a form e-mail, followed by the Simple Mail by 44.44%, then provide the service frequently asked questions by 22.22%, and then chat by 14.81%, then collaborative digital reference service and browsing shared by 3.85% of the total libraries subject of the study. Used the students several methods to assist with access to the service reference digital, including checking links and icons Home has been used by 62.96% of the total students, followed by using a search engine by 40.74%, then the help screen by 22.22%, then the icon contact us by 14.81% and finally Site map 11.11% of the total students.
