Abstract : Empire represented the Romanian State Orittha ancient Byzantine, Persians and the state of the two superpowers in the late antiquity and a large portion of the Middle Ages, and over long periods of conflict was raging and burning the border and troops alarmed and entrenched hostility between the two countries. Has seen this conflict, several rounds, the exchange where the parties defeats and victories, and changed the border where most of the time was not stable, and was determined by the balance of power and stability in both countries, and were often subject to tide, Fbalqop and political stability in one and a retreat and political upheavals in the other , change the boundary line, and changing the form of the relationship and renewed competition and conflict between the two superpowers. This research deals with an aspect of the conflict Byzantine / Persian and focuses on reading closer to the last chapter of it, and that began to invade the Persians to the territory of the Byzantine and occupation of large parts of them and access to the borders of the Byzantine capital Constantinople in the reign of emperor famous Hercules, and the efforts of the emperor to overcome the losing streak to a decisive victory represented in the restoration of the Byzantine Empire and end the Persian supremacy and control as a prelude to remove them from the international arena of conflict for that period for good. It also looks at the historical reasons that led to the outbreak of this conflict and the rage between the two countries, the reasons are varied between those that return to the logic of force and counter force, and the other due to the tendency to influence and control the border, not to mention the economic reasons, which focused on international trade routes, or those belonging to different religious and cultural cooperation between the two countries and the two forces.
