Abstract : This study aimed to propose the activities of teaching and learning based on the cort interaction to train students to practice skills cort interaction; during their studies the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of the first grade secondary education, and put those activities in a guide for teachers of rhetoric and criticism of the first grade secondary school. And adopted the study on the descriptive analytical method; for the analysis of the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of the first grade of secondary and selection of educational activities, learning-based Kurt interaction appropriate to that rhetoric. It was formed Search Appliance: card, content analysis of the rules of Topics decision rhetoric and criticism in the light of the skills of Court, and to propose educational activities learning based on Kurt appropriate interaction with the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of the first grade secondary school. The sample consists of textbook rhetoric and criticism of the first grade of secondary and sample intentional (deliberate), consisting of ten specialists and specialists in curriculum, teaching methods and educational psychology and trainers Courtyard and professors, rhetoric and criticism of the arbitration educational activities, learning proposed based on the skills of Kurt interaction (inter action cort). Was used the following statistical methods: Holsti equation, the calculation of percentages; agreement of the arbitrators on educational activities based on learning the skills of interaction with the rules of court decision rhetoric and criticism of the first grade secondary school. Applying the formula (Holsti holsti) the percentage of agreement to define the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of appropriate skills Kurt interaction in the first semester 95%, the percentage of agreement to define the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of appropriate skills Kurt interaction in the second semester amounted to 72%. The study has reached several conclusions, including: proposal for a set of educational activities, learning The rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of the pupils first secondary grade based on skills Kurt interaction in final form, after analyzing the results of arbitration identified ten activities of teaching and learning head through which the integration of thinking skills based on Kurt interaction, while teaching the rules of decision rhetoric and criticism of the first grade secondary school.
