    Research interest includes nanomaterials (synthesis, characterization, application) like carbon nanostructures, optical and

    thermoelectric nanomaterials produced by different techniques (LPCVD, MWCVD, RF sputtering, e beam evaporation, PLD, chemical routs, etc)

    for different applications: Dosimetry, Water, Energy.

    Teaching and supervision of research programs, Guiding PhD students and mentoring Post Doc. Fellows.

    • B.Sc. degree in Physics from Baghdad University, Iraq, in 1997.
    • M.Sc. degree in Physics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India in 2002.
    • Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Delhi, Delhi in 2006. The Experimental work conducted at the Inter University Accelerator Center (IUAC), India (Formerly Nuclear Science Center).
    • A Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the IUAC, Feb.2006- Sept. 2007.
